The program of training in the speciality – marine technician navigator, which corresponds to the condition of work as an assistant manager.

After completing a year of study and passing 2 months of practice, students may apply for a Certificate of Navigation Sailor.

After completing their studies at the Maritime College and leaving for 12 months of practice, graduates can apply for the Diploma of the Navigator Officer.

Taking into account the demand for specialists in the field of shipboard electro-automatics in the European labor market, as well as the introduction of this position in the crew of sea-going ships, the Maritime College in Szczecin conducts training for students in the new specialty – electroautomatics..

Ultimately, the College graduate will have the qualifications to take the position of navigator technician officer, as well as gain knowledge and skills in the field of shipboard electro-automatics, and, after serving additional practice while working on the ship and passing the exam, will also receive a diploma in electro-automation.

The program of training in the specialty Ship Mechanic meets the requirements of the assistant manager. After completing a year of study and passing 2 months of practice, students can apply for a motor mechanic certificate.

After completing their studies at the Maritime College and leaving for 6 months of practice, graduates can apply for the issuance of the Diploma of Engineering Mechanic Officer.

Studying at the Marine College lasts two and a half years

Admission to the school is preceded by a candidate period. At this time, incoming students are sent to the candidate’s practice, during which they become familiar with the specifics of working on the ship. This is a very important element of hiring, since the future student begins his studies, having a complete understanding of the future profession, the choice of which he made, at the same time acquires the necessary basic knowledge in the field of work on the ship.

A graduate of the Maritime College has all the rights to apply for a diploma of an officer of the navigator or an officer of the mechanic of the merchant fleet, after passing the exam before the Examination Commission of the Polish Navy Directorate. The received diploma allows you to work as a naval officer on domestic and foreign sea vessels.
